The
Mount Carmel Rosary Guild is actively searching out new members to help
make rosaries and scapulars, as well as helping by praying for the
guild. Rosaries do not take much time to make, and you can be
making them while sitting on your couch watching TV with your
family. IF you are interested in helping or just want to know
more, contact Leah Ann Phillips, Charlene Clark, Aileen Ferguson, or
Lisa Reibenspies.
Rosaries are hand made for foreign missions and poverty-stricken areas,
Youth 2000 prayer festival and the women's federal prison as well as to
sell in the Guild gift shop located in the entrance of the church.
Volunteers are needed also to work in the gift shop after all masses
and
at the Christmas Store that we sponsor for St. Joseph School students.
Meeting are held
the second Wednesday of each month in the Parish Activity Center at
1:10
p.m. where business is discusses and speakers present talks on
spiritual
topics.
