HOW CAN YOU HELP?



Holy Smoke Bar-B-QUE Cook-Off

We will have our 3rd annual "Holy Smoke" Bar-B-Que Cook Off Contest at the Festival.  Contact the church office if you and your crew are interested in participating.

Raffle
Buy or sell your raffle tickets.  If you would like to help with the raffle or need additional tickets, please contact the church office at 822-2721.

Bar-B-Que Dinner Tickets
These will be available for sale in the church office and will be sold after the weekend Masses before the Festival by St. Joseph Ushers.  Prices are $7 for a large plate and $6 for a small plate.  Tickets purchased BEFORE May 1 will be $1 less ($6 for a large plate and $5 for a small plate).

Parking is available at the Festival Grounds and at the Brazos County Pavilion on Tabor Road with Bus Transportation for your convenience to and from the Festival Grounds at regular intervals all day.  We ask everyone to respect the Handicap Parking at the Festival Grounds.

Donations are also needed for the UPS Booth and for the Stuffed Animal/Toy Wheel.  these items may be brought to the Church Office.

Booth Help Needed
If you and your family, friends, or organization would like to be in charge of a game/food booth, please, please call the church office at 822-2721.

Cakes sponsored by the KJZT
Cakes are needed for the MEAL and for the CAKE WHEEL .  Bring your cakes out to the Festival Grounds on Sunday, May 6.

Book Nook sponsored by the Luza Family
This popular booth always does great at the Festival.  We need used books in good condition to sell - novels, cookbooks, children's Books, etc.  Please bring to the Church office prior to the Festival.

Silent Auction sponsored by The Folk Choir
The Silent Auction is a separate booth from Live Auction.  It is silent because bids are handwritten by the bidder for items that are displayed.  The Folk Choir is hosting this booth; they are looking for unique and homemade/handmade items. 

Country Store sponsored by St. Joseph Women's Guild
This booth is always very successful.  The St. Joseph Women's Guild offers handmade craft items and homemade baked goods.  Donation of these items maybe be brought to the Church Office prior to the festival or to the Festival Grounds on Sunday, May 6.
