Bulletin | Deadlines
For the regular weekend bulletin announcement requests must be submitted by noon on Thursday, 7 business  days prior to the publication/posting date. Submit a bulletin request on the form below. (For example:  To appear in the 07/28/2024 bulletin, the material needs to be received by noon on 07/18/24. 
Guidelines: Please limit length of bulletin announcements, and include contact information. Your announcement should also include "who, what where, when, and why."  Announcements will run 1-2 weeks prior to your event, and it is at the discretion of the Parish Communication Team to approve and publish requests.  We also reserve the right to edit for length, punctuation, grammar, etc. Bulletin submissions are placed in the bulletin as space allows. Thank you for your understanding.
Size of graphics:  Graphics should be in color and be no larger than 3.5 inches wide by 3 inches tall. Also, font size should be 9 pt or larger to be seen in the bulletin.
